Double win at Workplace Violence Reduction Awards
Our security teams have won two awards at the 2025 Workplace Violence Reduction Awards, which took place on 8th April 2025 at the Birmingham Metropole Hotel.
The inaugural awards, recognise those who excel in different aspects of reducing violence across all workplaces in any sector.
Outstanding Leadership went to Alex Kuye – Compass Group UK & Ireland – Healthcare for his dedication and professionalism in leading a wider team.
Outstanding Partnership Initiative was awarded to North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust and Compass Group UK & Ireland – Healthcare, representing a powerful testament to the strength of our collaborative approach.
Russell Blake, MD – Healthcare – Compass Group UK & Ireland said: “These awards highlight the essential role our security teams play across healthcare sites - helping to keep staff, patients and visitors safe.
