With a low capital outlay, our systems require less preparation, less storage and less space to deliver a mealtime service. As a result, catering teams can work more efficiently, which reduces labour costs and gives back precious time to busy staff. The flexible nature of our dining systems allows us to simplify mealtimes not only in healthcare facilities, but also in senior living communities, schools and workplaces.

There’s no denying that the Cuisine Centre’s award-winning Steamplicity range has revolutionised healthcare catering. As the first fresh steam-cooked food system in the UK Patient Dining market, Steamplicity meals lock in more nutrients than other traditional hospital catering methods, putting freshly cooked vegetables back on the menu. The system’s flexibility allows orders to be taken via tablets, ensuring patients who miss a meal due to treatment or lack of appetite can still enjoy hot, nutritious meals 24/7. 

Alongside our steamed meals, Cuisine Centre offers a variety of chilled and frozen meal ranges designed to suit any operational model. Each dish is carefully crafted by our chefs and dietitians, adhering to the British Retail Consortium’s food safety standards.
